Our First Adventure to Maine

The beauties of Maine, an incredible lighthouse, some of the best seafood we’ve ever had, and relationship-building at its finest.
This past weekend we piled into the van and drove all the way from Connecticut to Portland, Maine, just to meet a family we’d never met in person before…
“Let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together… but encouraging one another.”
— Hebrews 10:24-25
We came home tired, full of seafood, and overflowing with gratitude for new friends who love Jesus and love our kids. These are the moments we’ll look back on and say, “Remember when we drove all the way to Maine just to meet that family?” Worth every mile.
